At Irisity, we're always looking for ways to improve our solutions and enhance the user experience. To support these ongoing improvements, we have a scheduled maintenance window for the IRIS+™ CM system, specifically affecting customer edge devices.
When: 13-Oct at 15:00 CET / 9 AM CST How long: Expect up to 2 hours Who's affected: All customer edge devices
This update fixes an issue where detections could be missed for the "Moving in an Area" rule.
During this time, you may experience minor and short interruptions to your service. We'll do everything we can to keep it brief. We recommend planning ahead to avoid operational issues during this period.
